Pri tem se bomo, skladno s potrebami Slovenske vojske, osredoto\u010dili na vojake in vojakinje, saj je najve\u010dja potreba po zadr\u017eevanju kadra ravno med njimi. Raziskava bo temeljila na raziskovalnem na\u010drtu me\u0161anih metod, pri \u010demer bodo kvalitativne metode informirale oblikovanje merskega instrumenta, s katerim bomo preverjali prisotnost, mo\u010d in povezave med dejavniki.
